First of all, the date should be 19th May!

Happy Bdae to me!!! haha! Finally, 1 year older! Am not exactly THAT excited lah, haa… Had a small celebration on 13th May with Simone, Weina & Dennis! Took half-day leave, went to Partyworld(Orchard) for a sing-song session from 2pm to 6pm! Fantastic!

Then it’s dinner at Goodwood Park Hotel, the buffet was goood! Especially the baby potatos with cheeeeze, sinful but goood so who cares! Afterall it’s ONCE a year!

It was opening of pressies after dinner! It really dosen matter whether there are presents or not, but it’s really the thought that counts & i mean it.

We went to Fullerton Hotel for a chit-chat session & i had cramps in BOTH legs after drinking a whole pot of tea!

Went for cut-cake session yesterday with Simone & Dennis (Weina couldn’t join us cos she’s working)! Had dinner at Taka then went to Liat Towers Starbucks. Mone & Den sang a bdae song softly for me, so touched! Mone bought a chocolate cake for me, chocolates are my all time favourite!

Then my mum called to ask where was i, i protested that she didnt even say ‘Happy Bdae’ to me (Very bad of me huh~)!

Fran messaged me!

Fidah sent me a ‘Happy Bdae’ melody to my mobilephone! So touched!

Received a pressie from Mrs Chan! Very very surprised but happy!

Micky aka Chao Ping from secondary school days sent me a bdae message thru Friendster! So nice of him to message even though we were in different classes back then.

Chris messaged me!

Weini messaged me!

Even OCBC sent me a greeting, to my mobilephone!

The office is gonna order food to celebrate for my manager, Jenny, & i!

Feel happy that i have friends who cares!

Is bdae a time to know who remembers u in their heart or mind or actually makes an effort to save in their calendar, considering the hectic and busy world we live in? hmm…

Anyway, really very happy to have celebrated my bdae! Yay!

Went to pay respect to former President, Dr. Wee Kim Wee, couldn’t control my tears while waiting to see him, for the last time. Luckily i managed to let it flow only after i stepped out of the hall where he rested so peacefully. His wish is to be cremented at Mandai so that he can be with the commoners like us. He said that he came to this world as a commoner and would like to go as a commoner. A true 人民总统 indeed. Will always remember him in our hearts. Goodbye, dear Dr. Wee.

Collected my blood test results yester-night, waited for quite a while before i actually get to see the doctor, Dr. Low Huey Chin, a very friendly and chatty doctor i can say. That explains the considerable waiting time. The results are all good except for the ‘good cholestrol’ part, i am below the lowest mark! The doctor urged me to excercise 3 times per week and to make it ‘worse’, it has to be vigorous excercising! So putting away the mentality that excercises can slim down, well that could still be a motivation, i have to do it for health reason… gotta make the number go up.

Been coughing for quite some time now, so i took the chance and asked for cough medicine. She gave me 1 for the nose and the other for phlem/cough. i happily took them yester-night and slept soundly. But, the drowsiness has not wear off and i am so grouchy today! argh! Most of the things irritates me the moment i stepped into office. Then, the senior HR staff bugs me about a study tour project that the boss brought up the other time. She is the most irritating person in the office after the lady boss!

And, i have lesson tonight… argh!

Oh me goodness, i AM grouchy today!

Nevertheless, looking forward to Rosy and Giang’s trip to Singapore tomorrow! It’s gonna be a fun time!

Sudden thought, i don’t feel like celebrating my birthday, i don’t wanna be 1 year older! Noooooo!
